What does "domain guarantee" mean?
Every domain comes with a 6-month guarantee. If the domain stops resolving, gets suspended, or otherwise fails to work as configured within that window, we replace it at no extra cost.
Do I own the domain?
Domains are rented, not sold — that's what lets us pre-configure aged inventory and back it with a replacement guarantee. This is intended for sending infrastructure, not as a permanent brand asset.
How fast can I start sending?
Configuration is typically completed the same day. You'll still need to run your own warm-up schedule in your ESP before sending at volume.
